When you walk the steets on this, or any other trail in Central London, you will start to wonder why on previous visits you have spent so long going down and up steps, escalators and connecting passageways! If you are not after fancy food, then London pub grub can be good value if you are watching your pennies. Many pubs seem to be in stiff competition with each other and the price of drinks and basic food can be surprisingly good value. During busy periods service can be patchy.
